Welcome to the internet, where every single website you visit instantly demands to know your location, your browsing habits, and your deepest, darkest psychological fears just so you can read a recipe for banana bread.

Well, not here!

Here is our official, legally binding, utterly revolutionary Cookie Policy:

• We are collecting absolutely none of your data. Nothing. Zero.
• We are retaining exactly none of your information. If you dropped your digital wallet on this website, we wouldn't even pick it up to see who it belonged to.
• We genuinely do not care who you are. And I mean that in the most loving way possible! You could be a normal human being, or you could be three squirrels in a trench coat trying to learn how to aggressively day-trade. We. Do. Not. Care.

Our entire corporate ethos—our singular, driving mission—is simply that you have fun. That's it! No tracking pixels, no targeted ads for that dehumidifier you mentioned out loud near your phone one time, just unadulterated fun.

Now, because it frankly feels like a crime to talk this much about cookies and not actually deliver any, we have provided the only kind of cookie you should ever accept on the internet.

📜 The Terms 📜

There used to be a joke here saying there were no terms. There are now exactly two, and they are both good news.

One: it's yours. Every game, every card deck and every line of the build pipeline is public at github.com/0brains/0pies. Use it, study from it, fork it, rip it apart, wire it into your own study setup, run it offline on a laptop in a field. Schools, universities, charities, public research and government use are all explicitly fine.

Two: don't sell it. That's the whole restriction. No reselling it, no paid course or subscription built on top of it, no quietly bundling it into a commercial product. It's licensed under PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 — the full text ships in the repo as LICENSE.

Being honest about the label: that makes this source-available rather than open source in the strict OSI sense, because the OSI definition doesn't permit a no-commercial-use rule. Want a commercial licence? Open an issue and ask.

Bits that aren't ours to give away. The AWS and Azure architecture icons stay under Amazon's and Microsoft's own terms (diagrams, training material and documentation only). Vendor names and logos are their trademarks. The world map is CC BY-SA 3.0 and share-alike, so it stays that way no matter what we say. It's all itemised in NOTICE.md — worth two minutes before you fork.

The boring-but-true bit. This is independent study material, not affiliated with or endorsed by the IAPP, Amazon, Microsoft or anyone else whose exam name appears here. We try hard to be accurate and we cite our sources, but regulation moves faster than anyone's content pipeline. Cards carry asOf dates for exactly that reason. Don't file it as legal advice, and don't sit an exam on our say-so alone.
